Who Will the Housing Serve?
AAHP is being designed as income-restricted housing for families, educators and other qualifying households. The current project plan includes homes serving lower-income households as well as moderate-income households who often earn too much for deeply subsidized housing but still struggle with Ashland's market housing costs. Final eligibility rules will depend on the financing and regulatory requirements associated with each home.
