Our mission is to bridge the gap between a mission-driven landowner's vision and the complex process of developing affordable housing.

Sunstone is a nonprofit project administrator and facilitator—not a developer, property owner, or landlord. We provide focused project management, align the right partners, and ensure the landowner's goals stay at the center, from early planning through implementation, so that the project delivers lasting community benefit.

Empowering our community

Our vision is to serve as a trusted steward in helping to address the critical need for accessible, affordable, and sustainable housing for families, educators, and other income-qualified households.

As a visionary connector, we bring our distinct values and focus to the development goals of mission-driven landowners.

By uniting community members, funding sources, and development partners, we help create lasting, impactful solutions.
