Timeline and Public Involvement
A final construction date has not been approved. Before construction, the project must complete the remaining design and due-diligence work, negotiate and obtain approval of a DDA, assemble financing and obtain applicable City development approvals. Any current construction or occupancy date should therefore be described as a project target, not a guarantee.
